The Title should of 30-60 characters in length.Title you design should be catchy and it should also be highly searched keyword.Description we design should be based on the title and it should be 160-170 characters in length and it should contain atleast 130 characters to avoid warning from google webmaster tools.
HIERARCHY OF H1 TAGS:
A H1 tag is also called as head tag.There should be only one h1 tag used in a page and more than one h2,h3 tags.Goolge likes hierarchy of tags thereby helping the user to understand clearly about which comes under what.
ALT AND TITLE TAG:
ALT and title tag should be a short description of an image.The Main purpose of ALT tag is to help search engines understand what the image is all about. And the title tag helps to provide a tip about the image to the user whenever the user hovers it.
It is possible sometimes to give two URL’S for a page with the same content in order to avoid the content duplication canonical form is used.This tag helps the search engine to find out the two web pages are exactly the same.To achieve this we use the meta tag rel=”canonical”.
404 pages,also known as error pages.If there is no URL or web page we searching for is present it is denoted as 404 pages.404 pages can be redirected to the category,but it cannot be redirected to the homepage. The 404 pages you create should be good in appearance and content.
